My design process is transparent and intentionally simple, because complicated doesn’t increase my value to you. Real value is delivered through superior work and excellent customer service, which are the pillars of my business. It’s your time to shine.

You dream. I help make it a reality. What? You expected it to be harder? Nope. It’s that simple.

1. How Can I Help?

I conduct a no-obligation phone consultation to learn more about your project and to confirm we are a good match. We then drill down into the nuts and bolts of your project until I fully understand your needs and goals and what will deliver the results you seek.

2. Review Your Proposal

You review the proposal, which outlines the services requested, my recommendations and project estimate. After making any adjustments, you approve the final proposal. Note: Most projects require a 50% down payment with the remainder due prior to launch or installation.

3.Design Work Begins

I set tentative project benchmarks, which includes two rounds of revisions. The first is a conceptual draft to confirm we are on the same page and then a final draft (live website or watermarked materials) to approve.

4. Project is Completed

Once final approval and payment is received, your website will be scheduled for installment and/or project files will be handed-off to you. Clients toast the success of your project, and you email me the good news to celebrate your business growth.
