I want to make working with sasspurrella designs as easy and pain-free as possible. To help you determine whether I’m a good fit for you, I compiled a list of popular questions.
Who is a good fit for sasspurrella designs?
Great question! My ideal clients are generally small business owners who sell services with limited, static products and bloggers, professional or hobby. I don’t create extensive e-commerce websites (i.e. Amazon) but design for entrepreneurs who want to make meaningful connections with their targeted audience and current clients.
What does a website design include?
It varies as there is no one-size fits all and I design for your individual needs. All designs include the website package, which lays the foundation for building your website. Generally speaking, blogs includes a blog, about and contact page. Business websites includes a custom home page, blog, about, contact page. Plus two additional custom individual pages (your choice) and up to 8 additional pages with limited formatting.
The design package for blogs does not include any written content, new content insertion onto pages or posts or specific designs for individual pages, unless purchased as an add-on. The design package for business websites does not include any written content but does include new content insertion onto pages with limited formatting. The design package also does not include plug-in or sidebar widget installation beyond those required as part of the design. Your project proposal and estimate will clearly outline total costs and services provided.
What platform do you recommend?
I use and enthusiastically recommend WordPress. All my websites are designed using WordPress and Genesis Themes with the goal of creating a website that is simple for you to manage afterwards.
Please note: I do not create designs for website builders, such as Weebly, Wix and so on.
How long does it take?
Unfortunately, I don’t know. Every project is different and unique. Before the start of any project, I will set a tentative delivery date based upon the scope of your project, your time frame and my availability. However, please note the delivery date is not set in stone, but I will always do my best to communicate any delays on my end. And I trust you’ll do your part to keep me on target by answering emails quickly.
How do we communicate with one another?
Mostly be email. I do an initial consultation to learn about your project via phone and to confirm we are a good match. Assuming we are, the majority of our communication will be via email during the design process. It is important that you respond quickly to emails and complete reviews within a timely manner. Once the website has been installed, I will set-up another phone call to give you the tour of your new site and answer any questions.
Do you provide hosting?
No. You will need to purchase your own hosting service. I would be happy to make some recommendations based upon your needs and budget.
Please note: You are responsible for ensuring your hosting and domain are in good working order (i.e. active and connected to one another) prior to installation of your new design.
Do you require attribution on my site?
Yes, it is a requirement. All my sites carry a discreet design by sasspurrella designs in the footer. If you want the attribution removed, it requires written permission and a $100 fee.
